Rajasthan DigiFest and TiE Global Hackathon Witness Historic Confluence of Innovation and Youth Power

Jaipur: Rajasthan once again asserted its strong presence on India’s national innovation map with the launch of the Rajasthan DigiFest and TiE Global Hackathon. The hackathon was organised at Vivekananda Global University (VGU), Jaipur, as part of Rajasthan DigiFest 2025 and the 10th TiE Global Summit, bringing together young innovators, startups and technology enthusiasts from across the country.

The initiative is being driven under the visionary leadership of Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, reflecting the state’s firm commitment to promoting innovation, entrepreneurship and a future-ready startup ecosystem. As part of this effort, winners of the Rajasthan DigiFest and TiE Global Hackathon will receive a comprehensive growth opportunity package, including attractive cash prizes, dedicated booth space at the TiE Global Summit 2026, access to potential investments from leading investors and grant-based support to further develop and scale their solutions.

The national-level innovation competition witnessed participation from over 700 participants representing 54 cities across 12 states and Union Territories, making it one of the largest and most diverse hackathons ever held in Rajasthan.

The hackathon focused on critical themes such as digital agriculture and farmer-support ecosystems. Participants presented innovative, technology-driven solutions using data and digital tools to address real-world challenges faced by farmers and the agricultural sector.

Organisers said the overwhelming response from across the country highlights the immense enthusiasm among India’s youth for problem-solving, entrepreneurship and technological innovation, particularly from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.

The hackathon was sponsored by Reskill as the Hackathon Partner, while Vivekananda Global University served as the Venue Partner. The event also received strong support from the Department of Information Technology and Communication (DoIT&C), Government of Rajasthan.

Guided by experienced mentors and jurors associated with TiE and Rajasthan DigiFest, the hackathon proved to be more than just a competition. It emerged as a platform for creating real-world, high-impact solutions with the potential for large-scale implementation.

Rajasthan DigiFest and the TiE Global Hackathon mark a significant step towards positioning Rajasthan as a national hub for innovation, startups and a digitally empowered future.
